Tunix chambers use a high-speed basket transfer system that moves test specimens between hot and cold zones within 10-15 seconds. Minimizes transition time, reducing temperature stabilization delays. Ensures reliable and repeatable testing for evaluating thermal expansion effects on materials. Rapid recovery time (<5 min) maintains test integrity even in extreme temperature shifts from 160°C to -65°C.
Tunix chambers use a dual refrigeration system featuring: HFC environmentally friendly refrigerants for sustainable operation. Brazed plate heat exchangers to enhance cooling efficiency. Pre-cooling system reaching -70°C within 45 minutes for rapid temperature changes.
